Ladd’s Circle Collective is a neighborhood hair salon in SE Portland. After years in the industry, we wanted to build something that felt more relaxed, more personal, and more aligned with how we actually like to work.

Our Approach
We created Ladd’s Circle Collective to be a space where people feel comfortable the moment they walk in. No pressure, no overcomplication, just good hair, a relaxed family friendly environment and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We’re building a small, intentional group of stylists who care about their craft and their clients, and who want to be part of a neighborhood and a community.
Sarah Baglioni
Co-Owner + ManagerSarah brings a background in business, design and creative direction, along with a long history of small business ownership. As a parent, she values creating a space that feels welcoming, flexible, and supportive of real life. She’s passionate about building a community and loves sharing her knowledge with other small business owners and independent stylists.
Co-Owner + Lead StylistVinnie Baglioni
Vinnie brings years of experience behind the chair, specializing in cuts and color for everyone. Known for his laid-back approach, and consistency, he focuses on the haircut and the relationship, taking the time to understand and connect with each client.
