We are looking for licensed, entry-level individuals and emerging stylists who are ready to build their foundation here. Work closely with our lead stylist in a hands-on position designed to master the fundamentals and learn to grow a book of business. This role begins as a hands-on hourly position designed to master precision cutting and authentic SE Portland style.
Beyond the basics, we offer a clear, adaptive environment focused on continuous growth. We believe that when you show up with focus, take real initiative, and take pride in your role, advancement naturally follows, moving you from hourly to commission as your skills evolve.
