With nearly 30 years behind the chair, Vinnie has been part of Portland’s hair scene since 2003. He’s known for clean, well-crafted cuts, classic color, and a relaxed, welcoming approach.
As lead stylist and co-owner of Ladd’s Circle Collective, Vinnie loves creating hair that feels effortless, personal, and easy to live with. Outside the salon, he enjoys time with family, riding his motorcycles, and hanging out with Ricky, his Yorkie.
Evette Valdez

With over 10 years behind the chair in SE Portland, Evette loves creating expressive, personalized hair. She specializes in curly and textured hair, razor cuts, pixies, perms, and creative color, working with each client to create a personalized style.
Evette enjoys spending time with her pets, exploring Portland, and finding inspiration through art, music, and community.

Oksana van Sisseren has over 14 years of experience behind the chair, specializing in lived-in color, dimensional blonding, and French hair cutting.
She creates a deeply personal, intentional experience, helping guests connect with their most authentic selves through hair design that feels effortless day by day. Splitting her time between Hood River and Portland, Oksana is available at Ladd’s Circle Collective on Mondays.
